Start: The race starts and finishes on Baxter Boulevard, between Forest Ave. and Preble St.

Description: The 2021 Gorham Savings Bank Maine Marathon, Half Marathon, and Relay features an out-and-back course with rolling hills and views of the Portland skyline, the Back Cove, Casco Bay, and peak fall foliage. The Marathon is USATF certified and a Boston Marathon qualifier. The Half Marathon is also USATF certified and the Marathon Relay is a unique 2 to 4-person marathon-length event.

Description: Race to Serve is a 5k family-focused foot race for walkers and runners of all ages. Along with individual competitors, teams are encouraged to compete for the Largest Team Registration Award and the Largest Donation Award (largest donor can be a single person or a team, separate from our sponsors). Fun Race will be available for kids 7 and under. Refreshment and awards will be available after the race. Proceeds will go to support the many acts of service and charities of the Knights of Columbus Council 2048.

Windham Rail Trail Flat n Fast 5K


Location: Windham, New Hampshire


This race was cancelled this year but will be back in June 2022.

Description: After a 2020 hiatus, the Windham Rail Trail Alliance is happy to announce that the 13th annual Flat ‘n Fast 5K road race on this picturesque paved rail trail, is set for October16, 2021, during peak foliage season!


On-line registration is available on Millennium Running Registration (www.runreg.com) or from the WRTA web site (www.windhamrailtrail.org.)


This is a point to point USATF (NH21007BK) certified race starting from the Roulston Rd entrance at 8:30 a.m.


First male/female finishers will receive a cash prize, and we award $50 for setting a Course Record, and there are also age group awards. Food and refreshments will be served after the

race. Shirts for first 300 runners. All proceeds go towards trail maintenance and

development.
