After an extended effort by the Bylaws Update Committee, the finished product has been approved by the membership.

• 698 members were polled by email through Constant Contact.  90 responded with their approval; one did not approve.

• 92 members were polled via regular email. 6 responded; 6 approved.

• 63 members were polled via US Mail. 6 responded; 6 approved.    

The net result is: 853 members polled, 102 approved, 1 did not approve.  

With an approval rate of 99%, the Revised Bylaws are effective as of the date of this message, April 22, 2024.
