Upcoming Events

This page will be devoted to races that may be of special interest to Club members other than the Flag Races or the Run For All Ages. Members may submit information about races, why they are calling the races to the attention of the members and other pertinent details making it possible for members to participate - if they are future events. It is also a page where the results of special competitions might  be posted, for example, the results from senior games, national championships, triathlons etc. that don't conform to our usual presentation mode. Any member may submit material by sending the information to Bob Hall at robt.hall@comcast.net Pictures are welcome, preferably in jpeg format.

Esperanza 5K Fun Run/Walk, Cambridge, MA, September 25, 2010.
This is a race sponsored by Safe Passage, a charitable organization that raises money for scholarships for poor Gautemalan children who eke out a living picking and selling trash from a huge dump in Guatemala City. Shirley Foley has become active in this effort and wishes to call your attention to the race in the hope that some of our members might be interested in running it as individuals or as teams.
