Recent Events of Note
At the USATF Masters Indoor Championships held at the Reggie Lewis Arena on March 28-30 four of our members set new American and World Records for the men's 4 X 800 relay for runners 70 years of age and older. Their time was a very impressive 12:09:35. The four are shown below.

Jerry (70 years old) is from Brunswick, ME and is on the NE65+
Runners Club Board of Directors. Chris (71) is from
Schenectady, NY, Joe (70) is from Islip Terrace, NY, and Bill (72),
recently inducted into the Club's Hall of Fame is from
Litchfield, NH.
But they were not sitting around on their derrieres waiting to
break the world record, as is readily apparent in their other
accomplishments at this meet listed below.
